What is the MAGIC Program?
MAGIC stands for Mentoring, Awareness, Growth, Inspiration & Change — a structured program that nurtures young minds through guidance, experiential learning, and community-oriented projects.
Its mission is simple: create confident, capable, socially aware youth who lead with purpose.

Key Components of
1. Mentoring Sessions
One-on-one and group mentoring with professionals, educators, and youth leaders.
2. Awareness Workshops
Sessions on mental health, hygiene, safety, nutrition, cyber awareness, and life skills.
3. Growth Activities
Skill-building modules including public speaking, creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving.
4. Inspiration Hours
Talks by achievers, artists, social workers, and entrepreneurs to spark ambition.
5. Change Projects
Real community-action projects where students contribute through volunteering, art, cleanliness drives, or local impact tasks.
6. Leadership Development
Training modules that build confidence, decision-making, responsibility, and ethical leadership among young participants.
