1. LEAD – Leadership, Empowerment & Development

The LEAD Programme is SEF’s youth-driven leadership initiative designed to empower students and young volunteers to take ownership of community development projects. Through experiential activities, guidance from mentors, and real-time social exposure, the programme nurtures responsible, confident and socially aware leaders who actively contribute to positive change.

This scheme provides structured support for proposed social projects under SEF’s mission areas. It enables volunteers, students, interns, and community members to submit their ideas, receive approval, and execute projects with backing from SEF. The scheme ensures that innovative, impactful, and community-relevant ideas are transformed into real initiatives.

Restoring mobility, dignity, and independence.

3. Wheelchair Distribution

SEF’s wheelchair distribution programme helps individuals with mobility challenges regain independence and dignity. By providing wheelchairs to beneficiaries who cannot afford them, the initiative improves accessibility, enhances daily living, and supports families facing financial constraints.

4. Study Material Distribution

This initiative ensures that students from underprivileged backgrounds have access to essential learning materials such as books, stationery, and school supplies. 5. Medical Camp

SEF conducts medical camps to deliver basic health check-ups, essential screenings, and health awareness in underserved communities. These camps bridge the healthcare gap by bringing medical professionals and services directly to the people who need them most.

6. Blood Donation Directory

SEF maintains a structured directory of voluntary blood donors to support emergency medical needs. This directory enables quicker response in critical cases and encourages community members to participate in life-saving acts of donation.

7. Volunsea (Volunessia)

Volunsea—also known as Volunessia—is SEF’s flagship volunteering movement. It brings together passionate individuals from all backgrounds to participate in social work, outreach programmes, community clean-ups, environmental drives, and awareness activities. The initiative builds a culture of responsibility, compassion, and active citizenship.

"Tale of Clean Cities" is an environmental and civic initiative focused on uplifting public spaces through cleanliness drives, waste management awareness, and community-led beautification efforts. The project promotes a cleaner, greener, and more responsible urban environment.
